Hima works for IBM India Pvt Ltd as Global Enablement Leader for Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Services in GTS . She has worked across various Business Units within IBMgaining experience across - HR, Business Controls , Security , Service Delivery , Account Management , Compliance , Project Management , Technical Delivery and Skill enablement during her last 16 years in this organization . She has travelled extensively across UK in her role as Client Support Manager .Hima is passionate campaigner for Women in Technology and an active volunteer for STEM ( Science , Technology , Engineering and Maths ) Programs for Girls encouraging and guiding young girls from universities and schools growing into taking the STEM careers . She is a Co Facilitator for Business Acumen & Advanced Communication For Technical Leaders at IBM . She is a BE EQUAL Ambassador at IBM for Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives .
She has also been a part various Women empowerment programs cross various groups outside of her work. She comes from a heritage of women supporting women . Hima has participated as an active speaker on various topics covering women development, women in leadership , Single parenting & Child mental health , diversity and inclusion , work life balance and mindfulness etc .
